Organic firm tofu has a medium firmness and is excellent for vegetarian dishes. Great when stir fried, pickled, smoked, baked, barbecued or served in soups. Firm tofu is higher in protein, fats and calcium than other types of tofu.
Organic extra firm tofu has the firmness of cheese and can be thinly sliced.
