We understand the concerns consumers have about products originating in China. These issues have been prominent in the media and addressing them is paramount. Woodstock Farms® guarantees the organic authenticity of all our products from China. We adhere to strict organic standards documenting every product that goes through our facilities. At present, we farm approximately 5,000 acres in China and all are certified 100% organic. We work only with farmers we know and we grow and process only in our own fields. We practice meticulous organic agriculture – cultivating, harvesting and processing by hand.
Water on the farms comes from our own wells which are 200 meters or more deep. This water is continually tested for pollutants or contaminants by our own Quality Control division.
Our produce goes from the field to IQF in less than 2 hours which ensures perfectly preserved nutrients, texture and flavor.
The list of certificates that Woodstock Farms holds at present are:
- Organic - OCIA- certified to USDA/NOP and IFOAM standards
- Kosher - KSA by Kosher supervision of America
- BRC - British Retail Consortium
- And Management - IIACCP, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
