 Tofu Featured Recipe 

Tofu Stir Fry

7oz (1/2 container) Woodstock Farms® Organic Extra Firm Tofu

1-10oz bag Woodstock Farms® Organic Tri-Color Peppers

2-10oz bags Woodstock Farms® Organic Shiitake Mushrooms

2 Tbsp. Loriva® Grapeseed Oil

2 tsp. Loriva® Toasted Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp. Koyo® Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Woodstock Farms® Sesame Seeds

Sprinkle Fleur de Sel® Sea Salt

  • Thaw frozen vegetables and drain. Drain tofu and slice into cubes. Heat skillet to medium high and add grapeseed oil.

  • Add tofu and cook until it begins to show browning. Add 1 Tbsp of the sesame oil. Add drained peppers - break up any large pieces while cooking. Add mushrooms.

  • Cook until all veggies are thoroughly heated (about 3-4 minutes). Turn heat down to medium.

  • Add remaining sesame oil and all of the soy sauce. Stir in sesame seeds. Sprinkle with Fleur de Sel®.
